Jeffrey Ewing Obituary

Jeffrey Dean Ewing, 54, of Longmont, Colorado passed away on June 7, 2021. Jeff was born on February 19, 1967 to Delbert Wayne Ewing and Patti (Tucker) Huff. He is survived by his brother Robert Ewing, stepfather Phil Huff, sisters Lisa Huff (Lee) Sailor and Kelly Huff, Tanya Fittz, Kim Hubbard, Courtney and Nicole Ewing, brothers Sean and Shane Ewing, nephew Tyler Ewing, niece McKenzie Ewing, nephew Matthew Fittz, niece Katie Sailor and nephews Ryan and Will Sailor, niece Addison Ewing and nephew Ori Ewing and great niece Giovanna Reeves. He is also survived by his aunts Jeanne Houston and Judy Hall, cousins Patrick Macgregor, Kimberly Buie and Alex Hall. Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Del Ewing and Patti Huff, grandmother Ann Simonson and uncle Kent Houston. Jeff grew-up loving sports and excelled in tennis and skiing. He had a life-long passion for fitness and weight training. He also loved sketching and drawing cartoon characters. He worked for his father's business detailing cars for the family and helping wherever needed. Jeff loved traditions including holidays and birthdays which often included his mom's homemade fried chicken and cheesecake. More than anything, Jeff loved his family and would call and check in daily to say hello and ask about their day. He was loving and thoughtful and will be missed dearly but is now at rest with his adoring mother.
