BURNSVILLE - Services for Patsy Bain Hardwick, 81, are set for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Love Joy Baptist Church with interment at the church cemetery.
Visitation is at the church from 10 a.m. until the service.
Mrs. Hardwick died Friday, Nov. 10, 2023, at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was a retired bookkeeper for Pittman Brothers Gas with 22 years of employment and a member of Love Joy Baptist Church. She loved her family and friends and spending time with them. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, gardening, reading and attending her church activities. She was an amazing cook and the treasurer at her church.
Survivors are her husband of 61 years, Gene Hardwick; her sons, Gene Keith Hardwick and wife Kim and Bryan Alan Hardwick and wife Sandy; a daughter, Alicia Joan Hardwick Burbach and husband Ed; eight grandchildren, Patrick Alan Hardwick, Hillary Jade Hardwick Brown (Billy), Brittney Ann Hardwick Kimbro (Scott), Hannah Nicole Hardwick Abbey (Jacob), Eddie Burbach, Alexis Burbach, McKenzie Gilbert and Marlie Gilbert; three great-grandchildren, Liam Baylor Hardwick, Heath Alan Hardwick and Carver Cole Kimbro; a sister, Peggy Hardwick (Tommy); sisters-in-law Sue Bain and Retha Bain; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Lee Bain; her mother, Azalee Pharr Bain; brothers Thurston Bain (Lousie), Billy Bain, Dale Bain and Harold Bain; and her sisters, Dorothy Jean Woodruff (Jack) and Betty Wasson Harvey (Jim).
Pallbearers are Billy Brown, Jacob Abbey, Scott Kimbro, Dale Bain, Ken Hardwick, Patrick Hardwick and Ed Burbach.
Bro. Nelson Hight and Bro. David Robbins will officiate the service.
Magnolia Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
