Donald C. Michael, 69, of Connellsville, died Monday, Dec. 13, 2021, at his home. He was born April 3, 1952, in Cumberland, Md., a son of the late C.W. and Mary Moran Michael. He is survived by his wife, Linda Shaw Michael; his son, Christopher Michael and his wife Samantha of Connellsville; his two granddaughters, Alicyn and Whitney; one sister, Linda Brack of Frederick, Md; one brother, Robert Michael and his wife Barb of Oakland, Md; his brothers and sisters-inlaw, Charles R. Shaw and his wife Dawn of Ohio, Daniel T. Shaw and his wife Nancy of Irwin, Joy Connor and her husband Patrick of South Carolina, Jan Leavitt and her husband Douglas of Virginia and Myke Beard of Oakland, Md. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his father -in-law and mother-in-law, John T. and Janet Shaw and a sister-in-law, Susie Beard. Family and friends will be received from 2-4, 6-8 p.m.. Friday in the Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville where services will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. with Rev.
