We are so saddened to hear of Kip´s passing and send our sincere condolences to Trudie and the entire family. We have known the Callahan family for many years through Kip´s mother, "Zip", and most recently, through our association with him at Caporella´s. Anytime we needed him to repair our appliances at the restaurant or our home, he was right there with that little smile on his face and his unique sense of humor. We will surely miss him.
