Carolyn Fondino

Carolyn Fondino SAUGERTIES- Carolyn Fondino died Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2012, at Hudson Valley Rehabilitation & Extended Care Center in Highland. Carolyn was the daughter of the late Stephen and Marion DePasquale Fondino formerly of Glasco. At one time, she was employed as a seamstress for various local dress factories. Survivors include her brothers, Peter and Damian Fondino of Saugerties and Raymond Fondino of Lowell, Mass.; her sisters, Marion DeJoy of Kingston and Laura Wallach, Stella Costello, and Jean Fondino all of Saugerties. Many nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Benjamin and Cosmo Fondino and her sister, Susan Fondino. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m., Saturday Jan. 7, 2012, at St. Joseph's RC Church in Glasco. Rev. Monsignor Charles Zanotti, Pastor of St. Joseph's will officiate. Interment will follow immediately in St. Mary of the Snow Cemetery, Barclay Heights. Arrangements are under the direction of Buono Funeral Service, Inc.
