Edith Glenn Obituary

Edith L. Glenn, 84, passed away on January 5th, 2023. She was born in Underbodnitz, East Germany. Edith was widowed by her late husband Robert Glenn who died on November 9th, 2008. She is survived by her two sons Robert Milczanowski and Christopher Milczanowski and his wife Ellen, 3 grandchildren, her siblings, Hellen Johnson and George Wendelmuth, several nieces and a nephew. She worked at the Town of Esopus as a Town Assessors Clerk for over 20 years. She loved to bake especially her cookies at Christmas time. She also loved gardening. She loved animals, many times helping abandoned and injured animals back to health. Edith will be greatly missed by all people that she had befriended. I remember how she would cook the best roast. And the peanut butter balls at Christmas. Of course all her squirrel babies over the years. Her crazy ferrets. Molly was so much fun. Miss you Aunt Edie.

Dear Chris and Robert,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. I was just thinking of her a few days ago. I have so many good memories of her at the stand and at the house. She was a special person. My sincere condolences to you and your family.
