Margaret Wolfeil Obituary

ACCORD- Margaret Wolfeil, 83, of Ricci Road, Accord, New York died at home on Aug. 3, 2021. Born in Kingston Sept. 16, 1937 a daughter of the late Leon and Leona (DuBois) Gorsline. Margaret enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved going to casinos, Bingo, and weekly luncheons with her niece and nephews. Margaret also enjoyed watching the wildlife from her country home fondly known as "Wolfeil's Mountain". Margaret is survived by her daughters Tammy Robbins of Accord and son-in-law Bradley Robbins of Ruby, Lois Wolfeil of Accord, along with sons John Wolfeil and his wife Brenda of Port Ewen, Jeffrey Wolfeil and long time girlfriend Barbara Williams of Port Ewen, Scott Wolfeil of New York, N.Y. Todd and Corrie Wolfeil of Kerhonkson and Randolph Wolfeil and longtime girlfriend Sherri Vanetten of Accord, one favorite sister-in-law Janice Wolfeil. Also surviving numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband John E. Wolfeil Sr. whom died May 17, 2002, grandson Joshua Lattanzio and great-granddaughter Kyra Bell VanLeuvan. Five brothers Robert, Louis, Leon William Gorsline, Kenneth Glass and Martin Glass, five sisters Lois Cole, Jacqueline Turck, Gwendolyn Wojciechowski, Madeline Brooks and Sandra Cosenza. Cremation arrangements are under the guidance of the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc., 27 Smith Avenue, Kingston, www.jvleahyfh.com A celebration of life will be held at Evangelical Fellowship Church, 420 Scarawan Road, Stone Ridge, New York on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021 at 2 p.m. Expressions of sympathy maybe made in the form of contributions to Hudson Valley Hospice. https://www.lastingmemories.com/margaret-wolfeil
