Sharon, it's Lisa Walker who used to babysit for the boys. I am so sorry that I am hearing of this now. I have tried for many years to find you, but have not been successful. I think of all of you often. Sending love....

Its almost a year since my dear Uncle Mikes passing . Time has revealed the influence he had on his children . It has also become apparent that despite his struggles , he made a difference in the lives of those who crossed his path . I wish he knew this during his lifetime but he is certainly being rewarded now in heaven . Of that I have no doubt . He was a good and faithful servant and taught me about perseverance through adversity . I miss him .

I have worked with Mike at the Ulster County Public Defenders for the last 16 years, and know him to be dedicated to his clients. He worked until he couldn't anymore, not wanting to give his co-workers more work. I will miss him very much- now who will reminisce about the Grateful Dead with me?? Happy trails, Mike, and keep those lamps trimmed and burning to light the way for the rest of us. With Love, your friend, Flo
