Clifford J. Stuart

Clifford J. Stuart, 81, passed away on Saturday evening October 23rd at Ellis Residential and Rehabilitation Center in Schenectady, NY. Born in ROTTERDAM, Clifford was the son of the late Peter and Margaret (Gannon) Stuart and was a graduate of Mont Pleasant High School. A former custodian at the former Draper High School, Clifford retired from the US Postal Service as a mail carrier after 36 years of service. He was a member of the Rotterdam Elks Lodge # 2157 and had a collection of Classic Cars. Predeceased by his brother Henry Stuart and sister Julia Fick, Cliff is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years Jennie M. (Walts) Stuart, his children Susan M. Bowen (Fred Houle) of Petersburg, NY and Clifford Stuart (Diane Grover) of Lakeland, Fl and his grandchildren, Peter and Tiffany Stuart. A celebration of Clifford's life will be held on Friday afternoon October 29, 2021 at 3 pm at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady, NY. Clifford's family respectfully request that masks be worn at the funeral home for the services.
