Rick,Karah and I are sorry to hear about your father. Rick has told me stories about the group of you growing up and your father and his protection and love for his four girls. May you find comfort in your memories-keep them close to your heart and smile when you remember him.

I didn't meet Ed till recently, but his positive spirit and sense of humor reminded me of my dear mother who also had Alzheimer's disease. God bless him.

To Ed's Family:

I am deeply saddened by the death of my friend, Ed. We shared many wonderful experiences with the D&H whether it was working together or on our lunch hour.

It's hard for me to find the words that might bring you comfort at this time of loss...but perhaps just knowing that I am thinking of you with sympathy and understanding will somehow help to give you strength at a difficult time.

Some of the fondest summer memories I have are the Saturdays your family came to our home. We spent the day swimming and often times my Mom & Dad would grill hamburgers and hotdogs for everyone. Ma always had a pitcher of ice tea and always said Grandma's ice tea was the best, Uncle Eddie agreed!
The vacations our families spent at Asbury Park were so much fun! We all still talk about those days.
Uncle Eddie will be missed but the happy memories will be yours forever.
Love, Cousin Annie
