Frank Palmeri

Frank Palmeri, born in Brooklyn on March 21st, 1929, died at the Hospice Inn in Albany, NY on October 23rd, 2022 of natural causes. After serving in the US Army in the Korean War, he married Trudy Colasanti in 1955. They moved to Guilderland, NY in 2013 to be closer to family. Trudy predeceased him in 2015. Frank is survived by his 3 sons, Frank (Charlotte) of Guilderland, NY, Anthony (Lori) of Oshkosh, WI, James (Robyn) of Tampa, FL, four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and his dear friend, Bill Zimmer.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 3rd, 2022, from 3 to 5pm and from 7 to 9 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 4th at St. Madeleine Sophie Church, 3500 Carman Rd., Schenectady, NY 12303. A full military burial will take place at 1:30 p.m. at the Gerald B H Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville.
