Although I haven't seen Jack in many years, he was a good friend. I used to create the greeting cards that he gave to his family. My condolences to all the family.

My fondest memory of Uncle Jack. I was a about 17 and Uncle Jack was visiting Grandma. I headed over to see the 2 of them. Uncle Jack like always full of questions, how are the Brewers and how are the Packers going to be this year? am I dating? what am I up to? I told him I'm on my way from here to go camping, when suddenly he got all serious and ask me to walk outside to Grandmas garden. Out in the garden he told me how his parents grew up on the farm and how Grandma loved her garden at that point he picked a berry and told me how wonderful tasting the berry was and handed to me to eat. After biting it I thought I was going to puke! I had never seen uncle Jack laugh so hard..It was weed berry of some sort He gave me a hug and shook my hand and slipped me a twenty and told me to have a good time camping. I've thought of this story many times over the years> And now I do as many goofy things as I can as a Uncle. Peace to you Uncle Jack Love David
