Lucy Spoth Obituary

Lucy J. Spoth Lucy J. Spoth, 84, left this life on earth on March 5th.
She passed in her sleep to heaven where she reunites with her parents Matthew and Lucy Pillig.
Lucy is survived by her sister Anne Rosecrans and her brother Richard Pillig. She is also survived by her children, Carey Rabideau, Lynette Rabideau, Laurie Ann Rabideau, Curtis Rabideau, Derek Rabideau and Craig Spoth. We will keep her memory alive for her 6 grandchildren and her 3 great grandchildren.
Born and raised in Rotterdam. In her 84 years on this earth, she had such a full life. From singing in quartets and choirs to many audiences all around New York to being a professional clown named "Bootsie" and making children smile, to raising 6 children. She also loved all crafts, sewing and ceramics and spent many weekends doing craft fairs. Her family was her greatest joy and taking care of people made her happy. She will be sorely missed by many.
Funeral Services for Lucy will be Monday at 12 noon at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A Visitation will be from 11 to 12. Interment will be in Memory Gardens in Colonie.

I´m very sorry to hear of Lucy´s passing. I met her years ago at Sunnyview gym. She always had a great sense of humor and I enjoyed many conversations with her. Condolences to her family and friends and May she Rest In Peace
