Paul Tebbano Obituary

Paul D. Tebbano Clifton Park - Paul D. Tebbano, loving husband, cherished father and Pastor to many, went home to glory on Tuesday April 23, 2024 at the age of 77.
Paul was born in Schenectady on February 13, 1947 and was raised with his brother, Martin, by parents Tony and Millie Tebbano. He graduated from Linton High School in Schenectady. In 1974 he earned a Teachers Diploma and Bachelor of Science in The Bible from Northeast Bible College. He was ordained on May 16, 1983, and on November 15, 2002, he received an honorary Christian Degree of Doctor of Divinity from The River Bible Institute.
Paul and his wife, Carolyn, met as children growing up in the Italian Christian Church in Albany. They were married on December 7, 1969. Paul answered God's call into full-time ministry with his bride-to-be in the summer of 1968. Paul's legacy is founded on 54 years of marriage to his forever sweetheart and the power of their agreement in obedience to God's call.
His heritage is proudly lived out through his sons, Paulie and James, their wives Nikki and Niki and his grandchildren, Anthony and wife Reilly, Nicco and his fiancé Julianna, Alexandria and Matthew.
As Founder of Harvest Church in 1989, Pastor Paul served out his calling as a shepherd for over 50 years, impacting countless lives for the Kingdom of God. His words of wisdom and messages of faith will reverberate around the world as his vision to win souls continues with "Sold Out for Jesus" radio and TV programs and satellite broadcast. Most recently, Pastor Paul had been ministering virtually to hundreds of people from small villages in Pakistan.
Pastor Paul's favorite places were with his family at the Jersey Shore, Sacandaga Lake, Yankee Stadium, and his grandchildrens' games and events. He loved driving his boat, standing by the ocean with Carolyn, and sharing special memories with family and friends. In these resting places, he often received revelation from the Lord that he would share with his family and to the congregation, imparting a "now word" to all who listened. To know Pastor Paul is to know his voice as one who speaks God's Word in every season, with every opportunity. He walked as a "General of Faith" in every setting, both in church and in his day to day life. Pastor Paul's favorite passage is the parable of the sower in Mark 4, and this was reflected in the continual sowing of his time, talents, treasures, and the Living Word of God to the people around him.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on May 1st at 7:00 p.m. at Harvest Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Harvest Distribution Center, 303 Grooms Rd. Clifton Park, NY.
This community outreach is part of Pastor Paul's vision and services over 150 organizations in Saratoga County and beyond.

Pastor Paul Tebbano will be TRULY MISSED! I attended his church all through my teen years with my brother & my parents. Being a part of their Youth Group, VBS, helping in the Nursery & being a part of the Choir. I´ll never forget being Baptized at his church at age 14, when "Old Things Are Passed Away, All Things Become New" became REALLY REAL to me! ......I will cherish the great memories of Pastor Paul & his church in my heart FOREVER! My deepest & heartfelt Condolences go out to your whole family & church Congregation.

Dear Tebbano Family, My heart goes out to you on the loss of your precious loved one. I am someone who knew Pastor Paul from the radio. I was always very blessed by his teachings, stories and great faith. When that "Sold Out For Jesus" music came on, I was always excited to hear what he had to say. Unfortunately I never knew him personally, but hope to in heaven. The other messages people wrote about him are so wonderful. He was a great man and a tribute to the Kingdom of God. He will be so missed, for now. I pray God's love and comfort would surround you as you continue on your journeys as the faithful servants you are. He will be so missed.

Paul and Jamie,
Our deepest condolences to you and your families. May the memories and love you shared bring you peace and comfort in the days ahead. I just ran into you Paul the day before, where we talked about how fast the last 25+ years have gone and reminisced about the kids in daycare. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Pastor Paul I was just thinking about you and maybe it was you letting me know you were headed to heaven. I miss the early morning bible studies from way back in the "New Life Ministries" and the youth program. They had such an impact on my life! Such great memories!

My deepest love to Carol and family you are all in my heart and it is full of love!

What an inspiration ... one of the great men of our time. A voice heard from anywhere praising God. I would have to contemplate saying hello to my ol' friend in a restaurant in fear of him paying for my whole family before I knew it. I fought with him the last wonderful time I saw him at the Ugly Rooster over paying for his table with Carolyn, and him keeping his wallet in his pocket. We both won that day. I will miss him, and may God continue to Bless his whole beautiful family.

Pastor Paul was a minister of great faith who inspired others to trust God and the Scriptures. He was `sold out to Jesus´. He has heard `well done´!
We experienced many deep discussions over lunch that I shall miss. One day we shall continue them at the Banqueting Table.
Shalom Shalom to his wonderful family.
In Jesus´ Love, Pastor Jay

Pastor Paul, my pastor, my spiritual father. The man who taught me about the Lord and who taught me how you should flow in the spirit of the Holy Ghost. He invested in my family, he sent my husband and I out to dinner several times. He met not only spiritual needs but the physical ones too.
His family life was to take note of and model after. The love and attention he gave to Pastor Carolyn was unmatched. He treasured her and protected her. He loved his sons and his daughter in loves as his own.
He created a beautiful life and ministry, he supported pastors, he raised up pastors, he cared about the flock the Lord gave to him
When you left he welcomed you back no questions asked.. just I'm glad you are back.
He corrected you . He loved you.. and he was just the best.
If you don't know what to do, know where to go.
If it's not in the word of God. Throw it out. Lessons I learned from him.
Blessed to have had him as my pastor and spiritual father

There are many pastors who preach good, but very few who live as good as they preach. Pastor Paul was one of the few.

He would pause a whole sermon to allow the Holy Spirit to speak through him. And those words from God were such a blessing to me because some of them were directly for me and would be words of knowledge and prophecy over me.

I also saw how he lived outside of church when I would help with different projects, how he adored his wife and you would think they were newlyweds with how they looked at each other and how sweet their interactions were.

I saw how much he cared for his children and grandchildren with how he would help them and prepare them for everything.

I saw how he gived, anytime I would see him at a restaurant he would quietly pay for my meal and for everyone else with me. Got to the point where anytime I saw him at a restaurant I knew my meal was paid for. But he would tell us to thank God and would be humble with his giving. The free meal was only a small blessing, Pastor was the real blessing from God!

He and his family are the reason I am the man I am today and who I still strive to be in Christ.

I will miss him dearly and miss randomly seeing him at the hardware store, where I would see him the most. You would think he worked there for how often I found him there

I loved him and I love the entire Tabbano family!

To the family, I'm so sorry for your loss and the grief you are experiencing. Pastor Paul, or Pasta Paul as some people liked to call him, has been such a blessing to my family since 1989. His teachings have inspired me so many times. He was definitely my spiritual dad. He reminded me of my dad in so many ways, especially his humor and kind heart. I felt like he watched out for my family and was there for us often. We had fun bowling with him, laughing with him, and hanging out with him at church functions. He treated our family and friends to lunch many times. There are way too many special memories I could share. He will be missed by so many. He was a good and faithful servant of Jesus! I love you Pastor Carolyn, Paulie, and Jamie. ~Diana Heffernan~
