Fred, Rachel, and Sarah, I was so very sorry to hear of Sylvia's passing. I have so many wonderful memories of our times staying with Aunt Mary and Uncle Ollie and our "big cousins". My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Julie

I only knew Sylvia for a short time when we worked in Rensselaer. She was fun, kind, generous and thoughtful. So sorry for your loss!

Where do I begin....we have lost our YaYa, "Old Same" and we will never be the same. Syl, was kind, loving, thoughtful, Ms. Perfect, a wonderful friend, funny beyond belief, loyal and she loved her family first of all. I am so sorry for your loss, Fred, Sarah and Rach., and the hole in your hearts right now. I know how big the hole in my heart is, so I can only imagine. She will live on in all the memories and lessons she taught each of us. She was a ray of sunshine and never had a complaint on her lips. I loved her so much and will miss her so much....how do you say goodbye to a friend of 30 years!! YAYAS forever!!
