Dr. Martin was our very first and only doctor since we moved to Arlington Heights. Excellent, compassionate doctor. So sorry to hear he´s gone.

A wonderful person/doctor.My doctor from 1970 till he retired. Have not had a doctor anywhere close to Dr Martin. Stayed in practice until 2002 when we moved to Algonquin. Have not had any doctor anywhere close to Dr Martin.

Dear sue, we are saddened to hear of Bernie's passing. We will always remember him as a very
kind and thoughtful person. We miss seeing you
