Edmund Krupa Obituary

Edmund A. Krupa of Des Plaines Funeral services for Edmund A. Krupa, 76, will begin with prayers at 10 a.m. Monday, at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles, and proceed to St. Zachary Catholic Church, 567 W. Algonquin Road, Des Plaines, where a Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Born April 8, 1927, in Chicago, he passed away Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003, at Holy Family Hospital. Entombment will be in St. Adalbert Mausoleum. Mr. Krupa was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a supervisor in the electronics field and a member of the Mecca Retirement Club. Edmund was the beloved husband of Genevieve (nee Pawlowski); loving son of the late John and Mary Krupa; dear brother of Virginia (the late John) Leracz, Helen (the late Ernie) Kmet, Leona (Ben) Marcheski, the late Louis (Helen), Stanley, Casimer (Betty) Krupa; dear brother-in-law of Thaddeus Pawlowski, Loretta (Mike) Lokcik, Angeline (John) Olszak, the late Frank, the late Stanley (Rose) Pawlowksi; and the dear uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to St. Zachary Church (address above).
