Dear Aunt Sue,
One of my favorite memories is the time he let me play poker (and told me what cards to play, and provided the chips!) with "the men" at one of our family get togethers. I also think of him whenever I smell a great cigar! He was kind & generous.
Love, Rebecca

Dear Aunt Sue, Sandy, CeCe, Mark, Laura and families,
Our hearts go out to you all. We are with you in spirit, celebrating Uncle Ed's life to the fullest. Your family has always held a special place in my heart--so many fond memories from childhood of parties on Bernard Street, in Glendale Heights and in Northbrook. Ed always had a big hug and kiss for me and Julie. One of the funniest recollections of Ed is actually through some home movies, where he and my mom pose for the camera belly-to-belly when she is 9 months pregnant with Julie. I can hear all the laughter, despite the soundless film. And that's because laughter is something I always associate with Ed and your family. His spirit and soul lives through you all, and he will be remembered by us forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
With our condolences, loving thoughts and memories,
Warren, Vivian (Fotos), Zach and Ryan Rose

Dear Sue & family,
Ed's spirit will always be with us.We remember the time we were in the car caravan to prompt his candidacy for mayor of Glendale Heights. But what we remeber the most is the pride he had in his wife and children. A man of few words, with a heart of GOLD. fondly, Lorraine & George P.S> He was a great godfather, too!

Alice and I fondly remember our one week sojourn to Branson Mo, in the fall of 1999. His sense of humor always provided us with many chuckles at our many lunches together. George.
