Kristin, I am so sorry to hear about Glenn's passing. I worked with Glenn at BEA for several years and was always impressed with his passion, dedication and professionalism. May God wrap his loving arms around you during this impossibly difficult time.

I was incredibly shocked and saddened to hear of Glenn's sudden death. We had recently seen each other at his mother's wake in January, and enjoyed catching up on each other's lives. Glenn and I grew up together; our parents were life-long friends, “Bridge Club” pals, and our Dads played together on their “Chevrons” baseball team in their young adult days. There were many family get-togethers and barbeques at our respective Skokie homes, and we both enjoyed our untrainable pet beagles. A young Glenn is present in several of my family's home movies, and I had just come across photos of his parents from the 1940's, with his Dad, Bert, in his navy uniform. Glenn also kept a brotherly, watchful eye over me during my one year on the Champaign-Urbana campus. He had a tremendous gift for great story-telling and seemed to put the best light possible on many situations. He will be sorely missed.
