Dear Bill,
I heard of Joyce's death from Eddie Roll. The news brought back a flood of memories for me. Although it's been years since we've seen each other, I would think of Joyce every December 18 and relive the many years that we had together at CCH. We were going to Mt. Ranier this year, and that reminded me of you two. Please know that Andy and I are holding you in our thoughts and our prayers as you adjust to your loss.

Dearest Bill
I awoke in the middle of the night last week and I knew in my heart God had taken Joyce home. What a beautiful treasure Joyce was and I will always remember her in my heart as I did in my prayers for all this time. I am so grateful The Lord allowed me the honor of not only becoming her nurse that fateful day in the ER, but then walking along side her as her friend (and yours). I grew to love you both and I will miss her until the day OUR HEAVENLY FATHER takes us home to meet her again. I am here for you Bill, if you should need anything. It is the least I can do. May God heal your broken heart.
