1957 - 2017

Kevin Jon Triplett, 59, unexpectedly passed away on March 12, 2017. Kevin born August 22, 1957 to Nena H. Triplett and Wendell T. Triplett, was a native of Warrenville, IL. He raised his children in Oswego, IL for 20 years. He then chose the quaint southern town of Zeigler, IL to live out the rest of his days. It was Kevin's first nature to lend a helping hand. His selflessness truly came from a genuine place and was one of his greatest traits. Kevin worked hard for his children and grandchildren, they were his world, he loved them all whole hearted and unconditionally. He was an avid Bears fan, no matter how disappointing they were, which was ingrained in those who experienced his enthusiasm. He will truly be missed. He is survived by his loving mother Nena H. Triplett. His sister Wendy Triplett (Jim Hughes). His daughters Nena Triplett (Patrick Molkentine) and Tracy (Wesley) Simpson of Santa Rosa, CA. His sons Shaine Triplett (Jessica) and Kyle (Trish) Triplett. He leaves behind his cherished grandchildren Brandon, Ashton and P.J. Travis, Jossey and Nena. Aiden and Zoe. And his dearest Lindsay Nena Marie. Many beloved nieces and nephews. Last but not least his four legged companion Ginger. Kevin is preceded in death by his father Wendell T. Triplett and his dear brother and sister David and Jill (Heller) Triplett. Memorial service to be held Saturday March 25th 2017 at 2 pm at Community Baptist Church in Warrenville, IL. Celebration of life to follow at Tap House Oswego.
