LINDA MARIE JONES

HOFFMAN ESTATES - Linda Marie Jones, 66, after a courageous 2½ year battle with brain cancer, passed away peacefully at home in the early morning hours of April 7, 2022. Born in Chicago on December 27, 1955, and married on August 13, 1983, Linda devoted over 20 years processing payroll for Township High School District 211 before retiring December 31, 2021. Linda enjoyed many activities with friends but her most cherished times were spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, whom she loved with every inch of her heart. Linda is survived by her devoted husband of 38 years, Dan; loving daughters, Jenny (Fedele) De Pinto and Cindy Jones; her mother, Mildred (the late Joseph) Siepka; brother, Joe (Pam) Siepka; sister, Nancy (the late Steve) Kasos; cherished grandchildren, Ryleigh Nicole (6 years) and Brielle Marie (4 years) De Pinto; and many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Linda will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her. Visitation Monday, April 11, 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W.
