I am so sad to just recently find out about the lose of your loving son. No parent should have to endure such a lose. I unfortunitly did not know Matt, my children went to school with Shawna and Durran. I have not seen Loretta in her usual place for sometime and asked one of her coworkers if she or her son was ok. My heart goes out to all of you. I feel such a sadness in my heart. Please know he is safe in Gods hands and watching over his family in peace.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Orcutt family. My heart breaks as this is a very tough pill to swallow. Matt was a great person, blessed with many gifts in which he shared with many. I will always remember Matt thru our soccer days and remember what a tremendous athlete he was.
Matt was a son, a brother, a nephew.... He was something to us all and I will never forget what he was to me - a friend.
God bless and my condolence goes out to the entire Orcutt family.

Although I did not know Matt very well directly, I remember him and his academic and athletic talents. My brother just shared the sad news with me and I felt a pit in my stomach. It makes you think about life, old times, and connections you didn't make or hold on to. My thoughts are with Matt's family and friends. May we remember and stay connected to what we have and love in life. I am so sorry for our loss.

I will always remember Matt as such a great soccer player he was, he played for my father, of which Matts father was the assistant coach. Great charisma, excellent character and well rounded kid. When my husband passed away 19 years ago, one of the most heartfelt messages of sympathy came from your family. I then went on to have the pleasure of teaching Matt when I worked briefly at Glenbard North. He was one of those students whose wit and smile brightened each day. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. - Paula Hennessey

The movie Sandlot is the only way to describe the memories the Orcutt and Rigitano boys produced while roaming our Indian Lakes neighborhood. Too many great times to mention. Our hearts and prayers go out to Mr. & Mrs. Orcutt, Darren and Shawna. Matt will always live in my memory as a great friend. Wish we could have one more day in the sun riding bikes and being kids. God bless you Matt.
