NELDA A. MAHADY

Nelda A. Mahady of Wheaton Nelda A. Mahady, 58, fell asleep in Christ on Thursday, March 24, 2011, at 510 Wakeman Ave. in Wheaton. She was born Aug. 14, 1952 in Greenwich, Conn. She is survived by her parents, the Rev. Joseph and Anna Mahady of Wheaton; her brothers, Joseph B. Mahady, wife Gail, and daughters, Anne and Laura of Wheaton, Paul Mahady, wife Diane Brittain of Spring Lake, N.J., John A. Mahady of Wheaton and Thomas D. Mahady of Wheaton. Nelda attended Wheaton College (BA) and subsequently Loyola University of Chicago (MBA). Nelda worked as a banker in Chicago, Tokyo, London and New York. A private funeral service will be held on March 26, at Wheaton Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 27, at Morton Arboretum. Nelda was a dear sister in Christ and was part of Calvary Fellowship. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to World Missionary Press, Inc., P.O. Box 120, New Paris, IN 46553.
