I met Sheryl when I purchased my first house in Carol Steam. I was young and dumb. I told her I didn't want to spend over $65k. She said ok, I will show you what you can get. Man was I surprised. She took me under her wing as I didn't have any family in Illinois. She was like a mom to me. Always checking in. She helped me out again with my second house. After my divorce, and with my new family. She was the same motherly person I had met before. Always checking in, and saying hi.
I know that this message is late as I just learned of your passing. You were a great lady, and you are surly loved and missed by everyone whos life you touched.

Duncan family !
Our hearts go out to you all. I thank God we were able to visit Aunt Sheryl in January before she went to be with our Lord. We have such fond memories of Auntie. She was fun to kid with, she was always very generous. I loved all the gatherings at the house on Geneva Rd. She was loved, and will be missed by many.

I was so sorry to hear that Sheryl had passed away. Distance lessened our communication over the years, but she and I were close friends for many years. She was truly a good and loyal person who stood by you in hard times. My deepest sympathy to Dick and her children. Rest in peace dear Sheryl. I'll see you higher up.
