Sylvia A. Kurczaba of Arlington Heights The family and friends of Sylvia A. Kurczaba (nee Ozga), 90, will gather at 9:45, with a Mass to follow at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 14, at St. Mary Church, 10 N. Buffalo Grove Road, Buffalo Grove. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Cemetery, Niles. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, June 13, at Lauterburg & Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Born Oct. 30, 1917, in Chicago, she died Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at the Lexington Health Center, Wheeling. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph; loving mother of Joan H. (the late Carmen) Sparreo of Arlington Heights and the late Joseph (Kathleen Gordon) Kurczaba; cherished grandmother of Patricia (Kevin Kilpatrick) Sparreo, John (Monica) Sparreo and Michael (Lisa) Sparreo; great-grandmother of Molly, Graham, Logan, Chandler, Luke, Raechel, Natalie, Jacob and Isabelle; dear sister of the late Ted Ozga, Alice Nycz and Helen Skrzenta.
