So sorry and shocked to hear of Tom's passing. We had become acquainted again over the past few years, along with other former Wheaton Central classmates and friends, through an email group. It's sad, and my thoughts are with his family in this difficult time.

Dear Mr. Thomas,
It is not suppose to happen; parents are not suppose to lose their children. We do not understand God's ways because we are still on earth and see through the glass darkly, but one day we will see face to face. I know your pain is great, but hope you find some comfort from those who mourn with you. You and your daughter-in-law and grandsons are in our thoughts and prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Tom at MidCon years ago. Tom was a wonderful co-worker and friend. He was such a devoted family man. And a heck of a lot of fun. Groundhog's Day at Blanco's will never be the same. My deepest sympathy for your loss of a great son, husband and father.

Dear Family of Tom:
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I knew Tom when we were teens growing up in Troop 23. Tom's dad and Mr. Shepherd, among others, were always there to guide us through the ranks, to Eagle. We were so proud when 6 of us made it. Tom was a wonderfully happy guy all those years. I still remember when we franglaised a French class with Mr. Johnny VoitureFis. That was Tom's idea and we ran with it. We even got A's, Mrs. Irey was so stunned. Thanks for the time together, all the work together, and all the memories. RRA
