Happy Heavenly 43rd birthday Billy,
after 16 years our losing you and feelings of emptiness haven't subsided that much. This day is still hard for us to bear, but all we can do is think about you and wonder where you would be in life today.
We just want you to know how much we loved you, so get a B-day party going up there with both sets of grandparents and all the other relatives and friends up there.
