She is survived by her daughter, Emily (Charles Goff) Weddle of Edinburgh, Indiana, sons, Donnie Lucas of Edinburgh, Indiana and Eric Streeval of Indianapolis, Indiana, grandchildren, Dereck Goff, Dolton Goff, Dwight Goff, Devin Goff, Dillenger Goff, Coy Miller, Savanah Weddle Miller, Lillie Goff, and Skyler Simpson Goff, great-grandchild, Aster Goff, and brothers, Richard Bullock of Amity, Indiana and Michael Bullock of Columbus, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her adoptive parents, Ima Gene Burton Hartley and Jack Streeval, birth-mother, Cleo Alberta Streeval Bullock, sons, Devin Streeval and Gregory Lee Swift, and sister, Sandra Hadley.
April enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, cooking, baking, Bible Study classes, and flower gardening.
A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Ricky Burton at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 10:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
