Amy Clements Obituary
CHESTERFIELD - Amy Noel Clements, 30, of Chesterfield, MO passed away Sunday, December 18, 2005 at St. John's Mercy Hospital. She was born July 11, 1975 in St. Louis, MO.
Preceded in death by: Mother, Diane Reed Clements; Grandparents, Elmer and Allene Clements and Grandfather, Farvey Reed.
Survived by Father, Ronald Clements and Step-Mother, Diane M. Clements of Chesterfield, MO; three Brothers, Scott Clements, Brad Clements, Todd Clements; Step-Sisters, Lisa Komp, Jen Mueller; Step-Brothers, Ray and Paul; Also Grandmother, Mabel Reed. Also Nieces and Sister-in-Law and Aunts, Cousins and other relatives and friends survive.
Visitation will be at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home after 10 a.m. Thursday. Services for Amy Noel Clements will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Father Jim French officiating. Burial will be at the St. Francois Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Diane Noel Clements Fund, St. Louis Arc, 1816 Lackland Hill, Prwy St. Louis, MO 63146.
