Carolyn G. Stocker

FARMINGTON – Carolyn G. Stocker, of Farmington, passed away on January 9, 2021, at St. Lukes West in Chesterfield at the age of 78. She was born on August 7, 1942, in Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, to the late Anderson Depper "A.D." and Opal (Bloom) Counts. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Counts.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 59 years, Joe Stocker, her daughter, Renee (and husband Dean) Boeckmann of Farmington, her grandchildren, Hannah, Joseph, and Kaitlyn Boeckmann, her siblings, Archie (and wife Roberta) Counts of St. Charles, Shirley (and husband Ronald) Dugal of Bonne Terre, Barbara Ward of Farmington and Gary (and wife Ellen) Counts of Green River, Wyoming, her brothers-in-law, Dale Stocker and Don Stocker, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.

Carolyn was employed for nearly thirty years as the business office manager at Camelot Nursing Home. She was a former longtime member of First Baptist Church of Farmington. She enjoyed spending time with her grand kids. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 from 6 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. at Cozean Memorial Chapel officiated by Pastor Kevin Miller. Interment private. Masks are required if attending the visitation and/or service and please adhere to social distancing.
