Snoopy,
This has been, without a doubt, the hardest year and the hardest thing I've ever had to go through in my life! When you passed away, a part of me passed away too. Your brilliant smile, pure joy and happiness, and excitement for life was unparalleled (that's fancy for not equal!) to anything else in this world! My head is, and always will be, filled with millions upon millions of happy memories of you, you and me, you and Mommy, and you and everyone else! Soccer, baseball, swimming, dance - tap, ballet, and hip-hop, Theraplay - these were all the activities you were involved with and you loved dearly! Going to see the Blue Rocks (by the way they won the championship this year!) and Rocky and Mr. Celery, going to see the Mets and stopping at the Lemon Ice King of Corona for ices, going to see the Hershey Bears and Coco - these are a part of the millions upon millions of happy memories I have of us being together and doing the things we loved to do! You were one of a kind and truly special in every possible way! I can go on and on for years writing about how special you were and how much you were loved!
Let me rephrase: You still are, and always will be loved and cared for and thought about and missed, and will ALWAYS, ALWAYS be a part of me and be inside my heart!
I don't know how I'm going to keep moving forward with you physically not here, but I'm going to do my best just like I would always tell you to just do your best. I wear my amulet around my neck every day just as you have your amulet around yours. Please know how much you are missed, and how much you are loved, and how I still am and always will be here for you no matter what! There are no words in any language that have ever been invented that could describe how much I love you and miss you!!
You always persevered and let nothing stop you from doing the things you loved to do! You were truly admirable in every sense of the word! A total 100% inspiration to me and to everyone!
Mommy and Daddy will be sure to continue on your legacy and ensure that no one ever forgets you - ever!! You were 1 in a million and are so extraordinarily missed! Thanks for being you and thanks for everything you gave to me, and to Mommy!
Deepest Love,
Charlie Brown

Addison,
I also want to leave a message on here for Dr.Jaffe and her staff. Dr.Jaffe was your Cerebral Palsy doctor and she helped you achieve your goals of dance and sports. When we first started seeing her you were unable to take a few steps without falling and over the years, she was able to bring you to the ability to dance, run, skip and play. We will be forever grateful for all the support she and her staff has given to you.
You liked to give Dr. Jaffe a hard time about the brace and not wanting a cast, but your love for her outweighed all of that.
Love,
Mommy

Dear Addison,
This last year and especially this week were in right now, has been the hardest year of my life. I miss you so much! I miss that beautiful bright smile of yours, that lit up my day, your warm hugs and kisses. You were not only my daughter but my best friend! And you will forever be my best friend. You were such a fighter ( nothing stopped you ) and you fought in my arms till that very last breathe. Im so glad that I got to hold you till the end, something I will never forget. Im so proud of you for all of your accomplishments, your love of being Jewish and for the love that you shared with so many people.
I miss taking you to dance at Touch of Class Dance Studio, dance was your passion and something held close to your heart. The way you smiled so bright, I will never forget! I thank your dance teachers and staff for making dance that special.
I miss taking you to Challenger Baseball. You loved baseball so much and was also up an extra two hours early, because we couldnt be late. You brighten the coaches and your teammates faces when you entered the dug out. It was so special to see! Youre team did something so special for you after you passed and I cant thank them enough. They honored you with a baseball plaque, that hangs on the fence next to the dug out. You will forever be at all of your teams games. Mommy is going to sign up to Help coach your team this year and keep your memory alive.
Theraplay, is another place that you brought all staff the most love and joy! You always invited them to come sleep over under your tent. You gave everyone there the biggest hugs and their faces had the biggest smiles, you meant so much to everyone there. Because of the work and dedication they gave to you, you were able to do all the things you loved to do. Mommy and Daddy will be forever grateful to them.
I still buy you your Snoopys wherever Mommy and Daddy are.
There are no words that can possibly describe how much I love and miss you!
Love,
Mommy

Sending thoughts, prayers, and well wishes to Addison's family, friends, and community during this extremely difficult time. I'll remember her smiling face and bubbly, chatty personality. She loved to talk about dancing and how Fancy Nancy was her new favorite thing. I know she will be missed by everyone who knew her and loved her. My heart goes out to everyone who is missing her right now.
