George F. Conner

George F. Conner of Coatesville, Pa. George F. Conner, 84, loving husband of the late Elizabeth N. Conner, died on Saturday, September 12, 2015. Born in Pottstown, Pa., he was the son of late Raymond Conner and Grace (Yeager) Atkinson. He retired from Schramms in West Chester, Pa. where he painted heavy equipment. For several years he was an active member of Kimberton Fire Company. He enjoyed car races and reading. He is survived by four step-children: Curtis Vattilana and wife Laura; Carmella McGee; Teresa Lyons and husband Chris; and Kathleen Plumley; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his step son, William F. Vattilana and son Bradley D. Conner. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service at Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA on Thursday, September 17 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia, Pa.
