Janet L. Raytik Bugar

Janet L. Raytik Bugar, 71, of Coatesville died Monday, March 8, 2021 at her home. Born in Coatesville, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Josephine Stupinzky Raytik and the wife of William F. Bugar, Jr. with whom she shared 31 years of marriage. Janet was a 1967 graduate of Bishop Shanahan High School. She retired from Caln Township after 25 years as township secretary. Janet enjoyed antiquing, shopping and spending time with her West Highland Terrier, Beau. In addition to her husband, Janet is survived by her two stepchildren: Mary Ellen Baldino and her husband Vince of Florida and William Bugar, III and his wife Ginnette of Coatesville; and two grandchildren: Michael and Alexis Baldino. In addition to her parents, Janet was predeceased by her sister, Joan Banjo. Janet’s prayer service will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 10:00am at Wentz Funeral Home 342 E. Chestnut Street, Coatesville 610-384-0318. Visitation will be held beginning at 9:00am. Social distancing and masks will be required. Interment will be private in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Coatesville.
