Shirley Peters Hough

Shirley Peters Hough of Berwyn Shirley Peters Hough died on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at her home. She was the wife of the late Donald Samuel Hough for 65 years. Born in Ardmore, Pa., Shirley was the daughter of the late Lester E. Peters and Eleanor Louise Roberts Peters. She graduated from Lower Merion High School and was a Legislative Aide to State Representatives Peter Vroon and Carole Rubley. She was a member of the Berwyn United Methodist Church, the International P.E.O., and the Great Valley Women’s Club. Shirley is survived by her daughters Linda Uberseder (Eric), Barbara Stockler (Jonathan) and Carol Robinson (Thomas) and six grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26 at 11 a.m. at the Berwyn United Methodist Church in Berwyn, Pa. Services for Shirley will be officiated by the Rev. Gary Jacabella. Burial will be private.
