William J. Feathers

William J. (Bill) Feathers of Downingtown William J. (Bill) Feathers, 68, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at his home with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Virginia (Ginny) Feathers with whom he shared 32 years of marriage. Born in Yeadon, he was the son of the late William J. and Sarah Byrne Feathers. Mr. Feathers was a 1966 graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School. Bill had worked at Home Depot in Parkesburg in the Tool & Rental Center for 5 years prior to his illness. Mr. Feathers was a member of St. Joseph’s Church in Downingtown and the Men of Malvern. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children Diane Feathers-Grady, Marie Feltner, Catherine, Michael and Maggie Feathers. Also survived by his siblings, Joe Feathers, Dorene Feathers, Peg Feathers-Long and his 9 grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 6th at 11am at St. Joseph’s Church, 338 Manor Ave., Downingtown where friends and family may visit from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment private In lieu of flowers contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc. 600 Reed Rd.
