Carole LaFerne Willwerth

Carole LaFerne Carter Willwerth was born in Arlington, Tennessee on May 8, 1938. She married Mike Willwerth on December 12, 1955. She retired from Arlington Developmental Center where she served as a teacher assistant.

Mrs. Willwerth was preceded in death by her father, Henry Carter; her mother, Viola Kelley; her sister, Joyce Roberts; three brothers, WH Kelley, Guy Kelley and Barry Kelley; and her son-in-law, Ray Williams.

She is survived by her husband, Mike; her sister, Judy Rogers (Marvin); her children, Connie Hannah (Steve) of Arlington, TN, Joe Willwerth (Joan) of Collierville, TN, Wanda Williams of Eads, TN and Kelley Willwerth of Mason, TN; her grandchildren, Ziggy Goodman (Robbie), Jamie Hannah (Tommie), Amy McKay (Jason), Heather Wyatt (Chad), Ray Williams (Brittany), Emily Williams and Casey Willwerth; her great-grandchildren, Dodie Mize, Hunter Goodman (Sydney), Haley Goodman, Beau McKay, Jonah McKay, Carter McKay, Isabelle McKay, Charlie Wyatt, Hannah Wyatt, Caroline Williams; and many nieces and nephews.

Carole loved her family, homemade pizza, playing cards and all things Christmas. She was kind-hearted and a joy to be around.
