Donald Perrigo Obituary

Donald Ray Perrigo, age 64, resident of Holly Springs, Mississippi, departed this life Thursday afternoon, April 3, 2025 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Donald was born October 26, 1960 in Memphis, the son of the late Bun Perrigo and Laura Leola Glover Joyner. He was a carpenter for many years and enjoyed riding motorcycles, playing pool, shooting guns and helping anyone that needed it. He was a son, brother, father, grandfather, but most importantly, he was a friend and someone you could call and know he would come help you.

Mr. Perrigo is survived by his daughter, Laura Perrigo; his son, Donald Perrigo, Jr.; his stepfather, Hillard Joyner; three sisters, Brenda Bomar, Rita Harlow and Tina Byrd; three brothers, Jerry Perrigo, Mickey Joyner and Johnny Perrigo; and two granddaughters, Kaylee Riggs and Amia Perrigo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Amy Perrigo and his brother, Robert "Bubba" Joyner.

Memorial Services for Mr. Perrigo were held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with Bro. Kevin Treadway officiating.
