Melissa Canaday Obituary
Lisa worked as a Medical Transcriptionist at Diagnostic Imaging for 27 years. She enjoyed participating in taking photos, shopping and spending time with family. She loved the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Memphis Grizzlies and the Memphis Tigers.
Lisa is survived by her husband of 30 years, William (Bill) Canaday, her father, Charles (Britt) Britton, her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Alvin and Sandy Canaday, three sisters, Pam (Mark) Elkin, Kim (Brian) Houston, Teresa Shive, and one brother, Chuck (Brandy) Britton and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother, Naomi Neal, grandparents, Frank and Jewel Blaylock, and Lemuel and Jacksie Britton, and brothers-in-law, John Canaday and Sean Canaday.
A Celebration of Life service was held at City Church in Cordova, TN on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
