Grace Walston Obituary
Grace is survived by her two sons, Sydney (Mary) Walston of Frankfort, Michigan and Steven (Lola) Walston of Springfield, Ohio; grandchildren, Lori (Tim) Patterson of Springhill, Kansas, Matt (Beth) McQuillen of Anamosa, Shawn (Kim) McQuillen of Monticello, Lisa (Tim) Shaffer of Westminster, Maryland, Jeffery Walston of Traverse City, Michigan, Bradley (Jennifer) Walston of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Scott (Ann) Walston of Westerville, Ohio; sister, Iva Heiserman of Manchester; sister-in-law, Bessie Helmrichs of Manchester; and special friend, Delores Pagen of Sun City, Arizona.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; a sister; her husband, Charles Walston; son-in-law, Gerald McQuillen; and daughter, Sandra (Walston) McQuillen.
Grace was born September 24, 1919, in Cascade, the daughter of Charles and Nellie (Hunter) Hutton. On June 17, 1939, in Manchester she married Charles Lee Walston. Grace was a member of Willowbrook Methodist Church.
Memorials may be directed to Willowbrook Methodist Church, Sun City, Arizona and Manchester United Methodist Church, Manchester, Iowa.
