Dear Mrs. Phillips: You and your family are in the hearts and prayers of all your friends at the Deli. Mr. Phillips always had a smile on his face and loved to "tease" employees when he'd come into Danny's. He will certainly be missed by not only all of us but everyone that knew him. We hope to see you soon. Love,

To the family of Edwin Phillips,
I want to send my condolances. I worked for Peninsula Family skating center off and on for about 8 years I think. I loved what I did and it helped me with my customer service experiance. Mr Phillips always had kind words to say to me. I met alot of fun people by working at the rink including coworkers and the people i entertained. May God rest his soul and you all find peace. Remember earth has no sorrow that Heaven cant heal. Peace and God's blessings

Dear Christopher, Deborah, Lucy and remaining family members.
What a sad day in Feb for us all. I'm so sorry to have learned of Uncle Keith leaving us. He is however, in a much better place. Being again with those who have gone before him and rejoicing in seeing them and our Lord. How lucky a man is he! He has left quite a legacy here by his family and all good works he has done serving others not as fortunate as he. He will be missed by many and through him and his heirs his love with continue to live and shine on to others. In loving prayers. Lucy

Dear Chris & Family,
Joyce & I were so saddened to hear of the loss of your father. I go back a long ways with Keith. My first job, when I graduated from college, was with your beloved Dad and Grandfather. Both of them were instrumental in setting a firm foundation in regards to work ethics, fairness, honesty and above all, enthusiasm. Yes, I can hear “Cap” now saying, “son if I can teach you only one thing, it would be enthusiasm”! Many times throughout my career, I have reflected back on the invaluable advice from both your Dad and Granddad. On several occasions, over the years, I had the pleasure of talking with your dad and it was always great to see him and reminisce about earlier times. May the sadness in your hearts today soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together, as you celebrate a life well lived. Our community has lost, once again, another great man! His leadership and integrity will surely be missed.

Chris - Please know that my thoughts are with you. I suspect that we share a common trait - great "old man" stories. You were fortunate, as was I.
