Dear Farhad,
I miss seeing you in person. However, I know you are not fully gone. Your presence is felt all around us in each of the seasons- in the warm sunshine, the misty rain, the falling leaves and the drizzling snow..
I know you will look over your family, give them continuous guidance and love. You will hold each in your arms, embrace and comfort them softly.
Here is a special quote:
"What we have once enjoyed we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." - Helen Keller
Missing you!

Farhad, the day you passed was a very sad day for everyone.
You were the best neighbor anyone could wish for, and you were also a friend - always there to help. Like, when we had severe storms and hurricanes, and the electricity went out for several days. You came over to bring us a light which you built with wires and other parts just for us showing your innovative engineering and science knowledge in creative ways! You also cut up the ornamental pear tree in our front yard when lightning hit it, and you took time away from what you were doing to fix our lawn mower when it quit in the middle of my cutting the grass.
Farhad, we learnt so much about your country of origin including the ancient and very interesting history, architecture and the very healthy cooking. We got to taste some of your delicious dishes during certain events you invited us over. You were also very open- minded, and adopted the culture and traditions of your dear wife Suzanne.
Suzanne, Amanda, Michael and Kevin adore you, and will always cherish you! A key memory will always be the strong presence and impact you made on their lives and the life of others around you.
Farhad, you are very much missed, and so is your smile, kindness, gentleness and empathy towards everyone!
We are grateful for having known you!
Love, Heide, Will and Ed (deceased 2019)

The Foden family expresses deepest sympathies and extends our prayers to the Ghaffari family as you all grieve the passing of Farhad. Dia and I had the privilege of sharing company a couple of times with Farhad and Suzanne as you had invited us to dinner a few years ago. You were welcoming and very gracious to our family. May God grant comfort and a peace to Suzanne, Kevin, and the rest of the Ghaffari family throughout this difficult period. Be comforted in that Farhad shepherded a blessed family. In God's Peace, John & Dia Foden
