Tad and family, My breath was literally taken away when I learned about Gavin. I can not imagine the deep agonizing pain you are enduring. As believers we know this is a temporary physical separation but the hurt now is unbearable. May God surround you with comforters and His peace fill your empty hearts.

I was Gavin's counselor at the Y for while I was in college. He was a great kid. He was always on my football team and soccer team. He was a great role model for the other kids. He was One of those kids you never forget. I am truly saddened to hear about his passing. The world lost a smart young man too soon. Your family is in my prayers.
