I still can't believe your beloved Herbert, husband, dad, grandad and friend to everyone is gone. I looked and waited for info on the services and somehow missed it. He was such a good and kind man. He inspired, taught, encouraged and made so many of us laugh and remember who were were in Christ. He is and always will be sorely missed. He was an angel unawares for us on this earth. Rest in Peace Herb. Your work here is done. What a blessing it will be when you hear, Well done thy good and faithful Servant. To your family, may the Peace that passeth all understanding guide, comfort and keep you.

It is so sad to say farewell, for now, to my classmate and friend Herb. He was well respected, loved,friendly,helpful, humorous, blessed with a loving family, saved, smart and talented. I pray for his family as they deal with their significant and sudden loss of Herb.
I imagine they have many fun and lasting memories of Herb that will eventually bring smiles to their faces and repetitions to their lips.
Be encouraged as Herb rests and awaits his meeting with us again.
