To the friends and family of Kevin,

I am very sorry to hear what has happened. I knew Kevin since I was in High School and came to realize very quickly that he was a very caring, funny, and happy person to be around. I am so happy that I got to know him and be apart of some great memories that I will be able to look back on and smile when I think of him. I am sorry I will not be able to tell Kevin goodbye in person as I am in Lublin, Poland. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who loved Kevin. I will be thinking of you all today.

In Memory of Kevin............

This is being written in memory of one of my three 'big' Neill brothers. I will never forget the laughs, wrestling matches and the never ending Hide and Seek that we played in Beechlake Park. Many hours were spent chasing each other and Grace through that park and around Grandma Neill's riverside home. Thank you for the many fishing and crabbing lessons and for my most memorable lesson taught to me by you: "swapping spit"! I learned that a long wad of hanging spit can break and fall into a screaming girl's mouth, "ie. mine" while being held down by you. Needless to say, I didn't take anymore spit swapping lessons from you! You will always hold a special place in my heart as one of my big brothers. Although we haven't been in close touch over the last few years, I will still have peace in knowing that I have a new guardian angel to watch over me as always. Your strength and spirit will live on in Evan and forever in Julie's and your family's hearts. I will miss you dearly.

Love your childhood sis,

Alainya

Kevin will be deeply missed in our family. Our children will miss dearly playing with their Uncle Kevin. His playfulness and affection towards Meagan and Seth is something I am sure they will never forget. We are just greatful for all the memories we have had with Kevin. We have lost a great friend, brother-in-law, uncle, fishing buddy, hunting partner and just an all around great guy just to mention a few things that Kevin was. Please look after us from above Kevin. We miss you.

Love,

Ricky, Sindi, Meagan Laxton and Seth Grubbs
