Phil was a kind and gentle man and like a father to me. I often recall things he has told me over the years. After the death of my father he was an important man in my life. I am very blessed and a better person to have had him and Bee as my next door neighbors for over 20 years.

Bee,

I am so sorry for your loss. Phil was a soft spoken man who was always full of ideas and (for the longest while) the energy to try most of them! I will remember him fondly.

God Bless you and your family in your time of need...
