Debbie,

I was shocked and sadden to hear about the passing of your husband. There are no words that I can say at this time to ease your pain. I only pray that knowing your friends pray for peace and loving memories to help you and cope during the difficult times. Your friends from the Naval Weapons Station in Yorktown send these thoughts, prays and wishes: "Always may you trust that you and Raymond are never far apart..Always may the precious joys you shared shine strong and true..Always may each memory of Raymond bring peace and strength to you". Your friends from 2nd floor, Bldg 380B.

Ray was a fellow worker at the Jamestown Ferry and we both served together in the army for many years. In the army we did many missions together. He was good with the troops, an enjoyable and trusted person to sail with. Although, I will not be able to attend the service on Saturday I do wish to extend my sympathy to his family.
