Ronald McEnerney Obituary
Ronnie enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, football, and Nascar and spending fun times with his grandchildren. He will be remembered and missed by many.
He was preceded in death by his parents James Wesley and Marie Daniel McEnerney and grandson Connor Tolbert. Cherishing his memory are his wife, Sharon Winfrey McEnerney; two daughters, Shelly (Brent) Tolbert and Kelley (Jason) Boyce; sister Susan (Jesse) Grooms; four grandchildren: Brandon and Drew Tolbert, Tori, and Bayleigh Boyce; several nieces and nephews and his best friend, James (Skinner) Forrest.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 2 at 2:00 p.m. at the Peninsula Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at Peninsula Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are to be made to the Epilepsy Foundation of Virginia in honor of three of his grandchildren. (CFA, Institute Bldg. 560, Ray C. HUNT, Charlottesville, VA, 22203).
Arrangements are under the care of Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601.

He will be remembered as fun, kind, caring, dependable, cool and a good friend and extended family to our family always.
