Many years have passed since I have seen Ruth. She and Marvine were in Northern California in the late eighties. My mother Elisa, my brother Gordon, and I drove over from Fairfield to the heart of Berkeley to pick them up at the train station. We dined in a local eatery and enjoyed each others company. The memory of Ruth's grace, dignity, and composure which melded smoothly with Marvine's own self-possession is still intact. Farewell, Ruth. Until we meet again.

Dear Marvine,
May God be your comforter as you mourn the passing of your dear friend Ruth.
I miss the both of you on the golf course, and missed seeing her when she took her walk around the Hampton golf course walking path.
Enjoy the memories. God Bless you!
