Sally SLEZAK Obituary
She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Maj. Clyde Slezak U.S. Army (ret); her parents, Frank and Frances Fiscella; and brothers, Andre and Ben Fiscella.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories her sons, Joe Slezak and his wife, Lisa, and John L. Slezak; three grandchildren, Steven, Justin and Cody; brother, Bob Fiscella; and sister, Jean Slezak.
A memorial celebration of Sally's life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 26, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
Friends are encouraged to visit www.parklawn-woodfh.com to share memories and words of condolence with the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, 6315 N Center Dr., Ste. 233, Norfolk, VA 23502.
